  1. Hey Murray. What an interesting article. New year is perfect time to focus more on health, and due to covid and all issues related to it good immune system is more important then ever. To be completely fair I haven’t ever heard before about elimination diet, but it seams interesting and healthy option. Thank you for detailed review, I’m looking forward to test some of your advice.

  2. I always get bloated after eating certain breakfast cereals with milk of course. I have always wondered what could be the cause. I have stopped milk for a while and re-introduced it. Also stopped the cereals for a while and re-introduced it but to no avail.

    After reading you article, I now realize I have been doing it all wrong. I now realize I really need to reset my immune system. I will now have to stick to the nutrient dense diet for at least 3-4 weeks as you have suggested before re-introduction.
